Dr. M. A. Dorai Rangaswamy, a distinguished figure in the field of education, brings over 34 years of rich and diverse experience to the table. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at PRDO, Chennai, he has played pivotal roles as the Professor of computer science at SKPD Group of Institutions, former registrar at GSS Jain Arts and Science College, and Professor & HOD at various esteemed institutions.
His illustrious journey includes significant tenures at institutions such as St. Peter's University, ASIET in Kerala, and SRM Easwari Engineering College, among others. Dr. Rangaswamy has held responsibilities ranging from Registrar to Professor & HOD, showcasing his versatility in educational leadership.
Dr. Rangaswamy is a seasoned academician in the accreditation process, having guided numerous institutions through NBA and NAAC accreditation. As a Professional Practicing Counselor and Psychotherapist, he has provided invaluable counseling services to students and staff, addressing general and specific concerns.
An advocate for research and innovation, Dr. Rangaswamy has initiated faculty towards research and played a key role in publishing numerous papers. His expertise extends to implementing innovative teaching methodologies in alignment with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and the National Education Policy (NEP).
As a recognized supervisor for guiding Ph.D. scholars in multiple universities, Dr. Rangaswamy has contributed significantly to the academic and research landscape. With a remarkable publication record of 184 papers, he has made substantial contributions to the field of Computer Science.

In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Rangaswamy holds degrees in Electronics and Communication, Systems and Information, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science. He is also a professional practitioner in counseling and psychotherapy, emphasizing the holistic development of individuals.
