Sannia Fatima Naziri is a dedicated and skilled professional with a diverse background in education, particularly in the areas of global perspective and computer teaching. Residing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Sannia has a strong educational foundation, having pursued a Bachelor's in Business Administration from SZABIST University in Karachi, Pakistan, and completing her A levels at DHA School in Karachi.
With a goal to succeed in a challenging environment and establish a fulfilling career, Sannia brings a host of skills and abilities to the table. Proficient in MS Office, she excels in both verbal and written communication, demonstrating efficiency and adaptability even in high-pressure situations.
Sannia's professional journey includes her current role as a Global Perspective (GP) and Activity Teacher at Al Waha School in Jeddah since October 2022. In this capacity, she caters to students in grades 4 to 8, emphasizing a global perspective and engaging in various activities to enrich their learning experience. Prior to this, she served as a Computer Teacher at Links Primary School in Karachi, Pakistan, from January 2010 to January 2011, where she taught students in grades 1 to 5.
In terms of professional development, Sannia has undertaken several accredited courses to enhance her teaching skills. She obtained a 120-hour TESOL/TEFL training certificate from the World TESOL Academy in October 2023. Additionally, she completed a certificate program on Introduction to Data Wise, focusing on collaboration processes to improve learning and teaching, through HarvardX, the online learning program of Harvard University, in the same month.
Further showcasing her commitment to continuous learning, Sannia has completed various courses offered by the British Council. These include certificates in Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) for primary education, English for Teaching 1, Special Educational Needs, and Lesson Planning, obtained between October 2022 and February 2023.
