Dr. Ahmad Al Attas is a seasoned professional with a Doctorate in Business Administration in Leadership and Management from the European Institute of Management and Technology (EIMT). Residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE, he boasts over a decade of expertise in procurement within the commercial and engineering domains of the oil and gas industry.
Currently serving as a Contract Officer at ADNOC Onshore, Dr. Al Attas has a proven track record of success. His previous roles included Contract Senior Engineer at ADNOC Onshore and Contract Specialist at Borouge – ADNOC, where he played a pivotal role in drafting and managing organizational agreements, developing RFT packages, and overseeing the administration of active contracts.
Dr. Al Attas possesses a comprehensive skill set, excelling in directing high-performing teams and surpassing KPIs. His leadership extends to negotiating contracts, strategic decision-making, and navigating project life cycles. His proficiency in capital procurement and conflict resolution has been instrumental in the success of the organizations he has served.
In addition to his professional roles, Dr. Al Attas has a strong educational foundation. He earned a Doctorate from EIMT, a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development from Abu Dhabi School of Management, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Higher Colleges of Technology.
