Our Accreditation Process

Pre-Accreditation Form:

A pre-accreditation form is a document that an academic institution completes in order to initiate the accreditation process with the GSAAA. The form gathers information about the institution's programs, faculty, facilities, and student outcomes. This information is used by the GSAAA to determine whether the institution meets the organization's standards for accreditation. The pre-accreditation form is an important step in the accreditation process.

Detailed Accreditation Form

The GSAAA Detailed Accreditation Form is a comprehensive document that provides information about an academic program's curriculum, faculty, facilities, and student outcomes. The form is used by the GSAAA to assess the quality of an academic program and to determine whether it meets the organization's standards for accreditation.

The GSAAA Detailed Accreditation Form is an important tool for ensuring the quality of academic programs. By collecting data on a program's key components, the form helps to ensure that programs are meeting the needs of students and the demands of the workforce.

Documents Submission:

In order for the accreditation process to start a list of documents is highlighted and provided by GSAAA to the intended Institution. GSAAA holds the requirement for requesting a letter of intent from the Chancellor/ Principal of the Institute along with the submission of other required documents, to consider for eligibility and meeting criterias for accreditation.

Inspection Visit:

GSAAA will be conducting an inspection visit at your institution via certified Peer Evaluators, who are experts in the field of academia. The purpose of the visit is to assess your institution's compliance with GSAAA's standards for academic accreditation. The inspection team will meet with faculty, staff, and students to discuss your institution's academic programs, student services, and financial resources. They will also review your institution's policies and procedures.

Audit Report:

After the inspection visit the peer evaluators from GSAAA are requested to create a complete audit report of their findings from the institute, this report is a crucial part of the accreditation process and is meticulously crafted to ensure that the highet level of transparency and information has been gathered. The Audit report is further shared with the accreditation committee for their review and decision making.

Accreditation Granted:

Upon successful review and approval from the accreditation committee, an institution may be granted accreditation which means that an academic institution or program has been reviewed and found to meet the established standards of an accrediting body. This is an important designation for students and families, as it assures them that the institution or program has been vetted and meets certain quality standards.
