Our Accreditation Process

Pre-Accreditation Form:

A pre-accreditation form is a document that an academic institution submits to the GSAAA in order to begin the accreditation process. The form collects data about the university's programs, faculty, facilities, and student results. The GSAAA uses this information to decide if the institution fulfills the organization's accreditation requirements. Overall, the pre-accreditation form is an essential component of the accreditation process that is used to initiate the process.

Detailed Accreditation Form

The GSAAA Detailed Accreditation Form is a detailed document that contains information about the curriculum, staff, facilities, and student outcomes of an academic program. The GSAAA uses the form to evaluate the quality of an academic program and determine if it fulfills the organization's accreditation requirements.

The GSAAA Detailed Accreditation Form is a vital instrument for assuring academic program quality. The form collects data on the major components of a program, which helps to ensure that programs are fulfilling the requirements of students and the expectations of the workforce.

Documents Submission:

In order for the accreditation process to begin, GSAAA highlights and provides a set of papers to the desired Institution. GSAAA requires a letter of intent from the Institute's Chancellor/Principal, as well as the submission of other needed documentation, to examine eligibility and satisfying accreditation standards.

Inspection Visit:

GSAAA will perform an inspection visit at your institution using qualified Peer Evaluators who are academic professionals. The goal of the visit is to examine your institution's compliance with GSAAA's academic accreditation requirements. The inspection team will visit with teachers, staff, and students to discuss academic programs, student services, and financial resources at your school. They will also look into your organization's rules and procedures.

Audit Report:

Following the inspection visit, GSAAA peer evaluators are asked to create a complete audit report of the institute's findings. This report is an important part of the accreditation process and is crafted to ensure the highest level of transparency and information has been gathered. The audit report is then forwarded to the accrediting committee for assessment and decision-making.

Accreditation Granted:

An institution may be given accreditation after a successful evaluation and approval by the accreditation committee. This signifies that an academic institution or program has been assessed and determined to fulfill the stated requirements of an accrediting organization. This is an essential accreditation for students and families since it ensures that the institution or program has been thoroughly reviewed and satisfies specific quality requirements.
